OpenFile with Zapier

Connect Zapier to the OpenFile REST API and it can check names, price filings and prepare them. It needs no key or account.

Use Webhooks by Zapier with a POST to the REST API. For example, to save a formation draft, post JSON to:

https://api.joinopenfile.com/v1/formations

The response has review_url. Send that to the owner in your next step.

Your agent can then handle requests like:

Have your agent call plan_task first, so it asks the person what it needs instead of guessing.

What you still do yourself

Your agent prepares the draft and sends the owner a link. They open it, check every answer and sign. An agent can't sign for them, and it never handles a Social Security number. Why the owner signs.
