The last step for an intent-to-use mark: prove it's in use, then it registers.

## When it's due

Due 6 months after the Notice of Allowance, or by the end of an extension.

## What it is

Your intent-to-use application was approved and a Notice of Allowance issued. To register, you now show the mark in real use: the dates you started and a specimen for each class.

Good specimens: a product photo showing the mark on the item or its tag, or a web page where the mark appears next to a way to buy. Mockups and invoices are refused.
