[`GET /filing-types`](https://joinopenfile.com/docs/api/list-filing-types.md) returns each of these with its fields, explanation and fees.

Only new applications can be started today. Filings marked "Not yet" can't be placed by an agent, so `availability` is `not_open`: use them to explain what's due and what it costs.
