- Formation quotes show a Processing fee line, which varies by state. `quote_formation` has every line.
- The `rush` add-on, expedited filing, is priced by state.
- Add-on filings start as soon as the owner finishes the form and it's paid.
- Filing forms ask for what each state's form asks for, in every state.
- OpenFile Monitor runs a daily scan for each company and shows it as a timeline on Home.
- The Trademarks tab has a name checker, with status on Home and All companies.
- Filing pages show USPTO deadlines read from the status page by serial number.
- Each company has an Actions list, including Dissolve company, and a Team page for inviting members.
- Compliance covers nonprofit report dates and fees, and report rules across every state.
- Ask anything sits in a bar on every page, with a docked panel.
- Log in and sign up use email or Google.
- The `file_trademark` prompt no longer offers packages: trademarks have one price.
- Docs cover tokens for formations and orders, and the rate limits on formations.

## October 31, 2026

- Trademarks have one flat price plus the USPTO's fee.
- Customer accounts, with email and password or Google.
- The order form asks one thing per step, from the package table to review and sign.
