# Get a filing

`GET /api/v1/filings/{id}`

A signed application's status. The id and token are in the customer's status link, and on the application once signed.

Needs the [token](https://joinopenfile.com/docs/authentication.md) for this application or filing.

In the MCP server this is `get_filing`.

## Errors

| Status | When |
| --- | --- |
| `404` | Not found, or the token is wrong. |
| `429` | Too many requests. |
